About the course

“Outline for Democracy” is the inaugural program of the Dick Morris Academy, created by one of the most influential political strategists of our time.

Senior Instructor Luis Rosales

Prominent Argentine political consultant with extensive experience in Latin America and the U.S., notably contributing to Donald Trump’s 2024 Latino outreach. Former congressman and Secretary of Tourism in Argentina, he holds master’s degrees in International Relations from the University of Belgrano and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Boston).

Senior Instructor Fernando Cerimedo

Argentina: Specialist in digital marketing and political consulting, strategist for Barack Obama’s campaigns (2008 and 2012) and for Jair Bolsonaro’s presidential victories (2018 and 2022). With postgraduate studies at Stanford, MIT, and Harvard, he leads cutting-edge strategies in political advertising and digital mobilization, also advising leaders like Javier Milei.

Senior Instructor Alonso Cedeño

Mexico: With nearly 20 years of experience in strategic communication and digital media, he has advised presidential, state, and local campaigns throughout Mexico and Ibero-America. Founder and CEO of Estrategia en Línea.mx, he is a reference in digital political innovation and government communication through new media.

Senior Instructor Daniel Ivoskus

Argentina: International expert in communication and public opinion, with a long career advising campaigns across Latin America. President of the World Summit of Political Communication and creator of El Bunker, the first TV series dedicated to political consulting. Former deputy and city councilman in Buenos Aires.

Senior Instructor Angel Beccassino

Colombia: Acclaimed consultant in communication strategies and crisis management for governments and political campaigns across Latin America. Professor at Externado University (Colombia), guest lecturer at the Catholic University of Argentina, and author of several influential books on political communication, including The United States of Trump.

Senior Instructor Andy Rivas

Paraguay: Geopolitical consultant specialized in international political campaigns, corporate networking, and strategic planning based on focus groups and geopolitical analysis. He brings 24 years of experience across more than 35 countries throughout the Western Hemisphere.
